The Reserve at Vista Cay Resort is the final phase of an already much larger, 864 unit Condo Resort Development, Vista Cay Resort. The project will feature 160 new resort condo units with luxurious finishes and fully furnished hotel designer packages. There are a total of four new buildings constructed of concrete block and steel.
