Born and raised in New Port Richey, Florida, Michelle DiMarco knows the Sunshine State like the back of her hand. Today, she resides in Miami with her King Charles Cavalier, Lily. Her extensive knowledge of South Florida real estate, geography, and culture helps her get to the heart of what her clients are looking for in a residential or commercial space.
After graduating from Boca Raton’s Florida Atlantic University with a degree in Intercultural Communications, Michelle completed a Creative Enterprise Ownership program at The Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City. Over the next decade, she turned her Fort Lauderdale fashion boutique, Lilac and Lilies, into one of the city’s premiere shopping destinations.
Eager to form new connections with her local community, she pivoted to a career in luxury real estate. As an International Real Estate Advisor with ONE Sotheby’s International Realty, she assists in helping clients buy and sell high-end properties locally and abroad.
Michelle is also a devoted volunteer and philanthropist. She’s earned nominations for the 100 Outstanding Women of Broward County for three years in a row and is a recipient of The Glammy Award for her community activism benefiting breast cancer research. She is active on The Humane Society of Broward County board and regularly volunteers for Kids in Distress. Throughout her career, Michelle has been featured in WWD, New York Post, Forbes, CBS, NBC, Sun Sentinel, Boca Life, the Miami Herald, and more.
