Some places are more than just somewhere you live. They become part of your story. For me, that place is the Paraiso District in Edgewater, Miami.
When I moved from Fort Lauderdale to Miami, I chose to call Paraiso home. I quickly fell in love with the neighborhood, the waterfront lifestyle, and most importantly, the people I met along the way.
What started as a new chapter turned into a place filled with memories and friendships that I still cherish today.
The Little Things That Made Paraiso Feel Like Home
There are so many things I loved about living in Paraiso, but some of my favorite memories are the simplest ones.
I'll never forget looking out from my balcony and spotting manatees or dolphins swimming in Biscayne Bay. It was one of those experiences that never got old, no matter how many times I saw it.

And the views of the moon over the water? Absolutely incredible. Some nights, I would just stop and take it all in.

Even my dog, Lily, found her own little community. She made dog friends throughout the building, which made our daily walks and routines that much more enjoyable.

But one of my favorite parts of living there was the pool. It wasn't just somewhere to relax and enjoy the Miami sunshine. It's where I met an amazing group of people who have since become some of my closest friends.
Those are the things that made Paraiso so special to me. It wasn't just a beautiful place to live. It truly felt like a community.

Why I Love the Paraiso District in Edgewater, Miami

Located along Biscayne Bay, the Paraiso District offers a unique combination of luxury waterfront living and a neighborhood atmosphere.
The community includes One Paraiso, Gran Paraiso, Paraiso Bay, and Paraiso Bayviews, each offering its own residential experience.
From resort-style pools and fitness amenities to waterfront dining at Amara at Paraiso, the lifestyle is hard to beat.
You're also minutes from the Miami Design District, Wynwood, Midtown, and Miami Beach.
Having lived here myself, I know firsthand that what makes Paraiso special goes beyond the beautiful residences and amenities. It's the everyday moments, the people you meet, and the feeling of being part of something.

A Recent One Paraiso Closing Close to My Heart

That's why my recent closing at One Paraiso, Residence 2206, at 3131 NE 7th Avenue, was especially meaningful.
I had the pleasure of representing the seller of this beautiful three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom residence on the 22nd floor, featuring panoramic waterfront views and two terraces.
Having lived in the Paraiso District myself, I know how special this community is, and it was incredibly rewarding to represent a property in a neighborhood I genuinely love.
It's one thing to market a luxury condo in Miami. It's another to have personally experienced the lifestyle and understand what makes a building and its community so desirable.
More Than a Neighborhood
Although I've since moved, Paraiso will always have a special place in my heart.

It's where I watched dolphins from my balcony, enjoyed unforgettable moonlit views, watched Lily make friends, and met people who became part of my life.
I'll always be one of the biggest advocates for the Paraiso District because I know firsthand what makes it such a wonderful place to call home.
Whether you're looking to buy or sell a condo at One Paraiso, Gran Paraiso, or anywhere in Gran Paraiso, I'd love to share my knowledge of the neighborhood and help you navigate the real estate market.
